Southwest General was founded in 1920 by residents of Berea, Brook Park, Columbia Township, Middleburg Heights, Olmsted Falls and Strongsville. Since its inception, Southwest General has had a strong history of community partnership and remains deeply committed to improving the health and well-being of community residents. We are proud of the support Southwest General provides to those in the community in greatest need. We will continue to reach out to residents, regardless of their ability to pay, by providing an array of award-winning services and wellness programs.
