A curb-to-curb transportation service is available to residents of Southwest General's taxing district (Berea, Brook Park, Columbia Township, Middleburg Heights, Olmsted Falls and Strongsville) who are unable to provide their own transportation to and from Health Center services. Valet Parking
Those needing to drop off patients in the Emergency Department and accompany them into the Health Center can access free valet parking at the Emergency Department entrance. Security officers will park cars either in the Emergency Department parking lot or an adjacent visitor lot. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Southwest General also offers other patients and visitors a valet parking service. The service is operated by Parking Solutions for Healthcare, a company that specializes in valet parking for health care facilities. The service is offered at the following locations:
Building A (entrance outside Endoscopy)
Monday through Friday
8:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Building C (Schurmeier Pavilion, south entrance)
Monday through Friday
8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
The fee for valet service is $3, but those with handicap placards and those who have an order for certain diagnostic tests are FREE. For more information, call Southwest General's Protection Services Department at 440-816-8884.
