Southwest General's Neighborhood Care Center is designed to strengthen the quality of life in area communities by providing primary health care services at no cost for qualified residents of the Health Center's taxing district -- Berea, Brook Park, Columbia Township, Middleburg Heights, Olmsted Falls and Strongsville.

At the Neighborhood Care Center, confidential treatment is provided by a staff of qualified physicians, nurses and clerical volunteers. Patients eligible for service are seen by appointment only on Tuesday evenings from 6 to 8 p.m. and two Thursday evenings per month from 6 to 8 p.m.
