Southwest General Health Center is focused on delivering an excellent overall patient experience. This includes helping you understand and navigate the billing and payment process.

Please note that all payments, including co-pays and deductibles and services NOT covered by insurance (self-pay) are now due at the time of service. We do not accept cash or checks for payment at the time of service, but you can pay using the following methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • FSA/HSA
  • Major Credit Cards

For covered services, Southwest General will bill patients for the portion of their services not covered by insurance. To make a payment:
