Chair Laughter Yoga

About This Event

Laughter Yoga is a new way to exercise. Instead of yoga poses, we do exercise movements and laugh. The yoga part of the class is taking deep breaths intermittently and ends with a guided relaxation. The laughter activities invite you to be lighthearted, use your imagination, and experience the contagiousness and joy of laughter! Laughter Yoga is a fun way to de-stress, improve the health of your heart and lungs & reduce pain. You'll leave relaxed & feeling refreshed.
