Breanna Holton, DPT and Lindsey Kantura, DPT, from Southwest General Physical Therapy will discuss fall risks, balance disorders and ways to make your home environment safer. Refreshments provided; please register by July 12. Interested participants will receive a screening to see if they are at risk for falls based on the CDC fall prevention guidelines.
