Primary Care:
Olmsted Primary Care provides exceptional care for family members of all ages, from infants to seniors.
The practice offers a full range of services to help you better manage your health, including annual wellness visits, preventive care such as screening and immunizations, and care for illnesses, injures and chronic conditions, including diabetes, asthma, arthritis and more. Additionally, we offer sports physicals for students and sports injury care, including concussion management. By getting to know our patients and providing for all your health care needs, we can offer more personalized care to help you achieve better overall health.

Olmsted Primary Care offers convenient, same-day appointments for patients experiencing many non-emergency conditions, including colds, flu, allergies, COVID, RSV, aches and pains, ear infections, respiratory problems and more.

Physical Therapy:
The Olmsted Medical Center offers a variety of physical therapy services with convenient appointment times. Services focus on helping to prevent injury, restore function after surgery or injury, and enhance well-being so patients can enjoy a better quality of life.
Our highly skilled, compassionate staff members provide each patient with personalized attention and focus on creating an individualized treatment plan to best meet each patient’s specific needs.
Since the passage of Ohio’s Direct Access Bill in 2004, patients may schedule a physical therapy appointment without a physician’s prescription or referral. Some health insurance restrictions may apply. We will confirm with your insurance provider(s). All major insurances accepted.
Monday, Wednesday: 8 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 7:15 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Lab:
If you need testing, our accredited clinical laboratory can help. An order from your physician/provider is required for testing. Please bring the order with you when you arrive.
Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
No appointment needed for Lab services – walk-ins welcome.
