With only 55 beds, we maintain close personal relationships with residents and families. Private rooms may be available.
As a licensed, full service, continuing care campus, our residents may remain in our community as their physical and health care needs change. After a stay at our care center, some residents may choose to remain with us in a living environment suitable to their needs.

Special Programs
Our outstanding programs include orthopaedic care for joint replacement, as well as Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Restorative Therapy. East Park has a full time Certified Wound Care Nurse and regular visits from a surgeon from Southwest General to closely monitor wound care needs. We also care for those requiring IV infusion therapy, tracheostomy and colostomy care, and enteral feeding tubes.
