Pearlview Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is a post-hospital rehabilitation
and skilled nursing care facility that offers comprehensive Post-Acute
Recovery programs in a quaint, home like atmosphere. From our newly renovated
private, extra-large suites, Pearlview is committed to providing an outstanding
level of physical, medical, emotional and spiritual support in an environment
that provides dignity, respect and an enriched quality of life.
Our facility provides some of the area's highest level of rehabilitation,
nursing and medical support to individuals needing post-hospital care

Pearlview Rehabilitation and Wellness offers a unique Person Centered approach
to Alzheimer's and Memory Care. Our staff is specifically trained to care
for and manage the needs of the residents while working together with
our team of Social Workers, Psychologists, Psychotherapist and Psychiatrist.
Our therapy team is a dynamic and caring group trained in the latest rehabilitative
techniques. Our newly renovated gym offers many leading edge treatment
modalities and equipment. The therapy department at Pearlview has the
ability to use different modalities in conjunction with therapy to ensure
every resident is reaching their maximum potential. The therapy department
offers diathermy, ultrasound and electrical stimulation in addition to
therapy services 7 days per week.
Pearlview offers additional in-house services to our residents. We have
a number of specialists who regularly visit the facility including Orthopedic
& Wound Care Surgeon, Cardiologist, Pain Management Specialist, Audiologist,
Optometrist, Podiatrist, Dentist, Psychiatrist and Psychologist.
