The Surgery Center

The Surgery Center of Southwest General is a free-standing, state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility affiliated with Southwest General Health Center. As a hospital-based outpatient department, The Surgery Center is backed by the full resources of Southwest General. It is designed to provide excellent quality surgical care, a comfortable environment and an exceptional experience for patients and families.

Physicians and staff at The Surgery Center focus on making each patient’s stay as comfortable as possible by providing high-quality care in a warm, personalized setting. Patients return home the same day as surgery to recuperate in familiar surroundings. For more complex procedures, 23-hour beds are available.
